"Health" includes three types: Spiritual Mental Physical
The three types blend together to complete one's total health picture. When we focus on one area exclusively, we often knock the other two out of kilter. In our hurried world today, it is very easy to get so involved in one type that the other two are neglected, and our health actually deteriorates.
